    Your committee on education moves to amend the title of the bill, by striking the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §18-9F-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring protocols for injuries and other medical emergencies on school property after normal school hours be included in school crisis response plans by certain date; including certain provisions for protocols on sports injuries; and removing outdated provisions related to rule promulgation.”
